Mind Lab

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Who we are

Mind Lab is operated by Assem N. and is located at https://mindlabtests.tech. We provide free psychology and cognitive tests for informational and educational purposes only. Our tests are not clinical diagnoses and should not replace consultation with a qualified mental health or medical professional.

What data we collect

You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use Mind Lab. Your test answers are processed entirely in your browser and are not saved, stored, or transmitted to our servers. When you close the page, your responses are gone. We may collect anonymous technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, country, and pages visited, through the third-party services described below.

How we use Supabase

We use Supabase to host the questions that appear on our tests. When you load a test, your browser fetches the question content from Supabase. Supabase does not receive any of your test answers or personal data — only the request to load the questions, which includes standard technical information (IP address, browser) that any website request includes. For more, see Supabase's privacy policy at https://supabase.com/privacy.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements on this site. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to show you ads based on your prior visits to Mind Lab and other websites. This is called personalized advertising. You can review and control how Google uses your data for advertising by visiting https://adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies at https://www.aboutads.info.

Your rights under GDPR (European users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not store any personal data from you directly, most of these requests will be redirected to our advertising partner Google, whose tools let you control or delete the data they collect (see the Google Ad Settings link above). To make a request to us, contact mindlab.tests@gmail.com.

Your rights under CCPA (California users)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of its sale. Mind Lab does not sell personal information. However, the use of Google AdSense personalization may be considered a "sale" under the broad CCPA definition. To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, use the Google Ad Settings page linked above.

How we use the data we receive

Any data collected through Google AdSense is used to display relevant advertisements and to monitor general website performance. We do not sell user data, and we do not combine ad data with any other source to identify individual users.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, research papers, crisis support resources, or articles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting any information to them.

Children

Mind Lab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a minor (under 18), we recommend using this site with a parent or guardian's awareness, particularly for tests covering sensitive topics such as mental health and identity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site itself.
